My gaming account is locked/not accessible

If you have attempted to log in to your gaming account more than three times using an incorrect password, your account has been automatically locked for security reasons. Please check your email to find out how long your account will remain locked. Alternatively, you can use the SmartID or Eparaksts login methods.

If you have locked your gaming account in one of the PAF group casinos (x3000.lv, pafbet.lv, 11.lv), the restriction will also apply to other casinos within the PAF group.

If your data is registered in the self-exclusion register, it is not possible to access your account.
